Attorney Jing is the founder of Pisgah Law and a New York registered attorney. She was a law lecturer in China Agricultural University and a lawyer in Beijing Transking Law Firm. Attorney Jing holds two master degrees in law from China and the United States. Her areas of expertise include business law, contract law, US immigration law, US employment & labor law, and New York litigation. She has represented many departments of New York City for litigation in the Civil Court and the Supreme Court in New York State, along with several employment and labor law cases in federal court. A member of the Christian Legal Society, she frequently participates in charitable legal services, legal aid in local communities and churches in Chicago and New York.

Mei is an attorney licensed in the State of Illinois. Her interests are in contract law, FCPA, IP protection, and immigration law. In her previous career, Mei practiced law in China for 16+ years in various legal areas including, but not limited to, corporate, business, and litigation, and gained rich experiences particularly in negotiation of complicated transactions, such as cross-border aircraft transactions and registrations as well as trademark management. She was a partner of a China law firm focusing on advising transactions involving foreign enterprises. Prior to immigrating to the US, she was the General Counsel to the Greater China market of a Fortune 500 multinational company.

梅获准在美国伊利诺伊州从事律师职业。她感兴趣的业务领域包括合同法、FCPA、知识产权保护和移民法。 在她之前的职业生涯中，梅于中国处理各种法律事务超过 16 年，包括但不限于企业、商务和诉讼，尤其是在复杂交易的谈判中，比如在跨境航空器交易、登记注册、以及商标管理方面，积累了丰富的经验。她曾是一家专注涉外业务的中国律师事务所的合伙人。 在移居美国之前，她是一家“财富 500 强”跨国公司的大中华区总法律顾问。

Jeff was a lawyer and partner in a law firm in China.  He holds an MBA certificate from Beijing Jiaotong University. He served as the CFO and Vice President of Global Corporations in the Greater China area,  Investment Director of PKU Founder Group, VP of Great Dragon Telecom Group in China. He has also served as a Sr.  Financial Planning & Analyst in the US. He is familiar with both Chinese and US GAAP, and has expertise in corporate finance, financial management, operations, investment, M&A .

Jeff 顧問曾經是中國律師和律所合夥人，北京交通大學MBA。歷任大中華地區跨國公司CFO和副總裁，北大方正集團投資總監及巨龍通信副總裁。他在美國曾擔任資深金融規劃分析師。Jeff熟悉中美兩國的通用會計準則，精通公司金融，財務，管理運營，投資併購等業務。
